I’m a freelance writer and editor for hire focused on all areas of popular culture. I’ve written for Vulture, The Cut, Vanity Fair, GQ, The Hollywood Reporter, Rolling Stone, Time, The Daily Beast, The Ringer, Interview, IndieWire, Thrillist, Town & Country, The Wall Street Journal, TV Guide, Gold Derby, and Backstage.

I grew up in Louisiana, where I earned an English degree from LSU and served as editor-in-chief of the daily campus newspaper. Upon moving to New York City in 2012, I was a copy editor at Metro, the now-defunct green paper available at subway stations. I then spent eight years at HuffPost, becoming the point person on all things movies, Hollywood, and Madonna. I currently live in Austin, Texas.

Here’s a collection of my work.
